Wonderful Volunteer Opportunity in Boston -- Rosie's Place

Although Boston is a pretty prosperous city, there are still people in need; especially women. And that’s where Rosie’s Place comes in. Rosie’s Place is a homeless shelter in Boston that has been supporting and helping women since 1974. Many of the women are working and simply can’t make ends meet. About   one-third of the women have children. At Rosie's place, they assist women with clothing, food, shelter, medical services, and educational and employment opportunities. If you want to help out your community, you should definitely volunteer or apply to be an intern!

Here is the website with information about applying: http://www.rosiesplace.org/Page.aspx?pid=249

As usual, you can always email ZoeGuastella@citizenschools.org or DanGoldsbury@citizenschools.org if you have any questions.
